Went cycling for a combined total of about 40 miles over the two days of the weekend. This is a typical view on the roads of Southern Maryland, but soon that view will change as the younger generation of land owners sell off their land to developers in favor of more positive cash flow. The whole demographics of the area have already fundamentally changed and will only continue to change as we gentrify. Some lament the fact that the county is changing, some welcome it... I can see the merit in both arguments.
