Horrendous traffic is one of the harsh realities of living in the Washington DC metropolitan area – we consistently rank in the top 3 for worst traffic, competing with Seattle and Los Angeles every year. With that in mind, it’s good to know that some liquor stores are open early in the morning, in case the traffic is just too unbearable and you decide to stop for a drink or two. This store was open at 6:30 AM, just in case someone would have to grab a 6 pack or a 750 of Jack on the way into work to help deal with the traffic?? Ah, perhaps the flexible hours are to accommodate the commuter who has to pick up some liquor for a company party???
