Photographic Happenstance
Expressing the arbitrary nature of life through incidental images of people, places, and things…

Snow is predicted later today. If you lived further north (say, like New England), the threat of 1-3 inches of snow would be laughable, but not here. The mere mention of snow sends masses to the supermarkets and home improvement stores to horde groceries and other supplies, snarling the roads in a massive jam of cars. Add the "normal" rush hour commute to the mix and we have the true definition of chaos. The picture summarizes the feeling well, I think. I took it inside the National Museum of the American Indian.
